Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
- 1/4 cup Stevia/erythritol
- 1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate chips
- 1 large egg
- 4 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 100 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tsp unsweetened chocolate syrup
Method of preparation :
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, grease the casserole with 1 tsp of butter.
- Take a large bowl and add almond flour, baking soda, unsweetened cocoa powder, choco chip salt, and stevia/erythritol. Now mix the dry ingredients thoroughly.
- In another take butter and place it in the oven for 3 min. Once it melts add almond milk, yogurt, and egg and mix well so that all the ingredients are well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well, till it forms a batter of flowing consistency.
- Now pour the brownie batter into the greased casserole and bake for 45min.
- Once done, cool the brownies and cut them into cubes.
