Cooking Instructions:
- Add 1 measure of idli mix to 1 measure of curd & 1 measure of water, mixing without lumps, mix into a batter.
- Grease idli moulds.
- Fill the batter in the idli moulds.
- Steam idlis for 15-20 min.
- Remove the idli plates from the water pan.
- Run a knife around the idlis. They will pop out of their moulds.
- Serve soft and fluffy idlis with coconut peanut chutney & sambar.
