- 6-ounce mushrooms sliced
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes sliced
- 3 Tablespoons green onions sliced
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium-sized skillet add the ground sausage.
