INGREDIENTS : 
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup frozen spinach – thawed and chopped, extra water removed
  • 2½ tablespoon cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon mushrooms
  • ½ teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • ½ teaspoon red chili flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon pink salt
  • 2 tablespoon butter or ghee – to fry
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS : 
  • Break the eggs into a bowl and mix with a fork.
  • Now in the bowl add spinach, cream cheese, mushroom, ginger garlic paste, chili flakes, pepper, and pink Himalayan salt.
  • Heat the butter or ghee in a frying pan.
  •  Pour the mixture into the pan and fry for 2 minutes on medium heat.
  • Use a spatula for properly cooking the omelet from both sides.
  • Sprinkle some cheddar cheese on the omelet and let it melt
  • Lastly, Fold the omelet before serving
