All you need to make this recipe is 10 minutes and simple ingredients to put it together into tasty chips. Keep reading to learn how to make this tasty recipe that contains almost negligible carbs plenty of healthy saturated fats. 

Ingredients

 

  • 4 oz. salami, about 5 slices per serving
  • 4 oz. parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp paprika powder

Instructions

 

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F (225°C).
  • Take a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper. Place the salami slices on it. Allow some space between the slices.
  • Place one tablespoon of cheese on top of every slice. To add more flavour sprinkle paprika powder or dry herbs on top.

 

  • Put the baking sheet in the oven, and let it cook till the cheese becomes brown or bubbly. Check often so they don\’t burn.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool. Once the chips cool down, they can be enjoyed.
Tips!

One can use different assorted cheese– mild or sharp cheddar, aged cheddar, shredded mozzarella, parmesan or use them separately. You\’ll get the best results from a mix of cheddar and parmesan cheese. You might add taco mix, garlic powder, onion or black pepper for additional toppings.
