Keto Grilled Paneer

For most vegetarians on the Keto diet, paneer, or cottage cheese, is the main source of protein. It\’s also rather simple to prepare at home. Keto Grilled Paneer is a simple meal that will help you meet your fat macros while having nearly no carbs per serving.

Keto Grilled Paneer is a quick and easy meal that can be served as a snack or as a main course. It is not necessary for this recipe to be vegetarian. If you prefer eggs or you can use chopped chicken thigh meat, swine leg meat, or even fillet beef for the paneer.

Ingredients

7.5 g ghee or butter
5 g ginger garlic paste
3 tbsp Greek yogurt or heavy whipping cream
3 g tsp tandoori seasoning
7 ml tbsp lime juice
1 g salt
16 g red onion
28 g green bell peppers
60 g paneer
2 wooden skewers

Instructions

Add ghee, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, or cream to a bowl and mix it well. Add salt and the tandoori masala seasoning. Add the lime juice and stir well to combine the marinade.
Chop the onion, and green bell pepper, and cut paneer into individual cubes.
Marinate the paneer and the veggies in the tandoori marinade. Allow sitting for a few hours at least.
In a bowl of cold water soak the wooden skewers to avoid them burning in the oven. Slide the paneer and veggies onto the skewers.
Grill on the highest flame or in a frying pan in some ghee or oil until the veggies get charred and the paneer gets a nice golden color.
Drizzle with some fresh lime juice if you like. Enjoy!
