Ingredients

1) 2 cloves Garlic finely chopped

2) ½  teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

3) 1 g ground pepper

4) 100 g Mushrooms

5) 2 tablespoons butter

6) 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped

Instructions

1) Place a  non-stick frying pan over high heat.

2) Add 1 tsp butter, garlic, salt, and pepper, and saute until fragrant.

3) Add the mushrooms and overlay them in the mixture.

4) Continue stirring the mushrooms and add 1.5 tablespoon butter at a time, allow each to melt and coat the mushrooms before adding the next.

5) Mushrooms will start releasing the liquid so then you have reduced the heat to medium and stir occasionally.

6) Now all the liquid has evaporated and the mushrooms have turned a deep brown color within 10-15minutes.

7) Remove from the heat and mix with parsley before serving

8) Happy eating!
