Ingredients
- 200g Mushrooms
- Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Balck Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 3 Garlic Cloves
Instructions
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in the pan till it\’s near smoking.
- Add in the 200g mushrooms and season pink Himalayan Salt and ½ tsp black pepper.
- Put ½ tbsp butter and rosemary and cook down.
- Now, add in 3 garlic clove chopped and fry.
- Once the garlic starts to brown turn the stove off.
- Add in the remaining ½ tbsp butter.
- Finish with fresh basil.
