Martina’s take on keto snacks, how to snack correctly on keto
So if you don’t have to snack, it’s better if you don’t. but it depends on your goals. If you want to lose weight, I would definitely do such. That you don’t snack. And instead, you, make your meals more nutritious so that you don’t feel hungry as protein and fats if it’s necessary. If your goal is not to lose weight, then the snacking option is possible.
Martina suggests making your own beef and snacking on nuts
I Would suggest making your own beef jerky, which is something I do quite often. You can snack on nuts. You can even make flavor nuts, which is really easy and you can do it in 15 minutes. Or, You just put the nuts, you want to roast in a bowl and freeze a little bit, some oil with some level or Ghee as spices and spice as you like.
And you just throw stuff for a few minutes and then you can keep it in a container and just use it for snacking. It’s also great for traveling because it doesn’t really go bad. So, when it comes to snacking, I don’t usually snack unless you can count. Coffee
because I have two, or three coffees every single day which I’m trying to reduce now to just wrong. but that’s my snacking it’s coffee with a bit of all right. Maybe not.
What kinds of nuts does she suggest to snack on keto?
You can use any nuts. But you know, be careful with cashews because they are very high in carbs.
They can add up and if you want to use them, my advice would be just to add them to your mix, but not to use too many of them. Other ones that are quiet, they are statues of those types of still recommend because they are still very beneficial health-wise, again, just. Then to your mixes, don’t really use them on their own. Maybe from seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and Sesame seeds, but these are not really on their own. Again in mixes, you could even make granolas using nuts. You can chop them and throws them and sprinkle them over yogurt. If you, if you speak to them or just eat them on their own. Still many ways to use them.
