30 g Fresh Tomato
1 Garlic Clove ( Pressed)
2 ml Olive Oil
2 g Non-Caloric Sweetener ( Stevia, Erythritol, Monk fruit sweetener, etc. )
1.5 g chopped fresh parsley
10 g onion powder
1 g dried basil
0.5 g dried oregano
1 red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
Add onion powder, basil, oregano, and red pepper flakes to a small bowl. Chop the parsley and add it to the bowl. Open the can of tomato sauce.
Pour the olive oil into a small saucepan and add the pressed garlic. Cook garlic over medium flame is fragrant and loses its raw smell.
To the pan pour the tomato sauce and add the chopped parsley and dried seasonings. Add half of the sweetener and taste, adding the rest if needed. Simmer about 5 minutes or until the sauce darkens slightly and no longer smells raw.
Cool it you can store it in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze.
