Ingredients
100g Cauliflower
100g Mushrooms
60g Green Beans
30g Tomato
1/2 Tsp Chilli Powder
1/3 Tsp Garam Masala
13 Tsp Turmeric
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp Ghee
Pink Himalayan Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Chop the 100g cauliflower, 100g mushroom, and 60g green beans.
- Add the 30g tomato puree, ½ tsp chili powder, ¼ tsp garam masala, ⅓ tsp turmeric, ¼ tsp black pepper, 1tbsp minced garlic, and ginger to a medium bowl, Stir in 1 tbsp ghee. Add the vegetables and stir to coat.
- Spread the vegetables into one layer on the prepared sheet pan and season with Pink Himalayan Salt and ½ tsp pepper.
- Put the vegetable in the oven and cook for 20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
