Yes! You read that right, it’s Keto tomato soup. You can consume tomatoes on the Keto diet and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Tomatoes have many health benefits and are keto-friendly.
Ingredients
- 300 grams Tomatoes
- 50 grams Onion
- 10 grams garlic
- 300 ml Chicken stock
- 100 ml Fresh Cream (Heavy Whipping Cream)
- 50 grams Salted Butter
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tsp Pumpkin Spice Mix
- Fresh Basil for garnish
- Cheese for garnish
- Salt to Taste
Instructions
- Preheat the butter in a saucepan and once it has melted add in the onions with a pinch of salt.
- Cook the onions at a low pace till they start to turn brown and caramelize.
- Join the garlic and cook till it starts to brown and then add in the tomatoes and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat for 5 minutes
- Post 5 minutes of cooking add in the pepper, paprika, and pumpkin spice. Also, adjoin about half of the chicken stock.
- Cover with a lid and cook for about 8-10 minutes till the tomatoes are fully soft. Keep opening the lid every 120 seconds and stirring to ensure nothing sticks.
- Once it\’s cooked and tenderly let it cool. Then merge the mixture in a food processor or using an immersion blender.
- Drain the mixture to get a silky smooth soup. Add the remaining stock to the soup.
- Combine heavy whipping cream to the soup and warm it up.
- Close with fresh pepper, a bit of cheese, and fresh chopped basil. Enjoy!!

- 150 grams of Spinach
- 100 ml Heavy Cream
- 50 grams Onion

- Firstly, melt the butter in a saucepan and saute the onion till colorless.
- Now, put in the garlic and cook till it starts to brown.
- Also, Ajoin the spinach, stock cube, and half the water.
- Cover and cook till the spinach wilts.
- Blend in a blender.

Ingredients
- 500 grams Cauliflower
- 75 grams Onion
- 10 grams garlic
- 100 ml Heavy Cream/Double Cream
- 500 ml Water
- 1 Stock Cube
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Fresh Thyme
- 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg Powder
- Salt to Taste
Instructions
- Begin by choppinging onions and prepping the cauliflower. Separate the florets in this step.
- Heat the avocado oil and butter in a heavy bottom saucepan and then saute the onions till they turn translucent.
- Next, switch up the heat and add in the cauliflower.
- Also adjoin in the garlic, thyme, stock cube, nutmeg, and pepper. Once the bottom of the pan begins to turn dark brown deglaze with the water.
- Bring up to a simmer and cover and cook for 15 minutes on low heat till the cauliflower becomes nice and edible.
- Use a blender to blitz the soup into a lovely creamy consistency. Add more water if needed. Drain through a sieve for a velvety smooth texture.
- Return on the stove on low heat and add in the heavy cream and give it a good mix. Look for seasoning as well.
- Mizzle it with some fresh pepper, toasted nuts, and parsley on top. Bacon bits are always amazing addition as well.

- 200 g Cauliflower finely chopped

- 50 ml Coconut Milk
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 30 gms Onion fine chopped
- Pink and Table salt according to taste
- White pepper according to taste
Instructions-
- Rinse the cauliflower and broccoli separately and chop them finely.
- Warm the olive oil and add the onions in a pan.
- Saute them till dark pink.
- Adjoin the cauliflower to the onion and add salt, pepper, and pink salt and stir.
- Spill the coconut milk and add to the pan and cover for eight to ten minutes till the cauliflower softens.
- When the cauliflower is cooked, add half of the broccoli to the pan and cook for additional five to seven minutes. Let it be normal,before blending it in a mixer.
- Add the rest of the broccoli. Serve Hot.

- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 large onion (diced)
- 2 large Bell peppers
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 medium head cauliflower florets
- 2 cups trimmed Green beans
- 2 14.5-oz cans diced tomatoes
- 8 cups Chicken broth
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 Dried bay leaves (optional)
- Sea salt (optional, to taste)
- Black pepper (optional, to taste)
Instructions-
- Warm olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add the onions and bell peppers. Saute for 8-10 minutes, until onions are colorless and browned.
