Ingredients
1) Garlic Cloves
2) Chilies
3) Pink Himalayan Salt
4) Ghee
5) Cumin Seeds
6) Onion
7) Olive Oil
8) Paneer
9) Coriander
Instructions
1) Blend garlic cloves, chilies, pink Himalayan salt to taste, and 2-3 tbsp of water.
2) Heat a pan with 1 tbsp ghee, add cumin seeds and allow the seeds to crackle.
3) Fry onions until golden in the pan. Add the dressing prepared above and cook till it becomes thick and the oil separates.
4) Add the paneer diced into pieces for 2-3 minutes.
5) Finish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
6) Enjoy with your family and friends.
