  • 10 chicken wings
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4th tsp salt
  • 1/4th tsp pepper
  • 1/2th tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3 tbsp butter

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  • Prepare the chicken wings by separating them into the drumette and the flat/tip portion.
  • Dry them well with a paper towel, pressing down hard to remove as much excess moisture as possible.
  • Combine the baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Pour this combination over the wings and, using your hands, toss well to coat. 
  • Lightly grease a baking sheet, and place wings on the baking sheet.
  • Bake the wings until browned and crisp (45-50 minutes), using tongs to flip them over halfway.
  • Place the baking sheets in the oven and bake for half an hour.
  • Sprinkle the wings with coriander leaves and serve with lemon and lime wedges.
