Easy Sugar-Free CHOCOLATE KETO COOKIES! To all my chocolate lovers, this recipe is for you! It will only take 15-20 minutes to make, and each one has almost zero net carbs.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2 Tbsps Unsalted Butter
- 3 Tbsps Keto Chocolate Chips
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Large Egg
- 2/3 Cup Blanched Almond Flour
- 1/3 Cup Confectioners Swerve
- 3 1/2 Tbsps DARK Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- Pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 325 Degrees.
- In a bowl, add the butter and half of the chocolate chips.
- Microwave for says almost 30 seconds – just enough time to slightly melt the butter and chocolate.
- whisk the two together until a chocolate sauce forms.
- Now, on a small plate, add and whisk the egg until the yolk combines with the whites.
- Once you\’re done, add the egg and the vanilla extract to the bowl with the chocolate sauce.
- Mix again.
- Now add the rest of the dry ingredients to the batter.
- Mix to form balls from chocolate cookie dough.
- When it does, use a cookie scoop to form 10 equal-sized cookies.
- Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and top each cookie with the left-over chocolate chips.
- Now flatten each cookie with a spoon and oven-bake them for 8-10 minutes.
- Let them cool down on the baking sheet.
- As they cool they will set and fix up.
- Once they do cool down, enjoy, and store the leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.

Ingredients-
- 2 cups almond flour
- ½ cup softened butter,
- 1 egg
- ½ cup keto sweetener such as swerve
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions-
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Take almond flour, butter, egg, sweetener, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a bowl; mix until well combined.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Keep the balls on the prepared baking sheet and press down with a fork twice in a criss-cross pattern.
- Bake in the oven until it turns golden for around 12 to 15 minutes.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 1 minute before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Your cookies are ready to eat.

- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 3 tbsp. butter softened
- 3 tbsp. granulated Swerve sweetener
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 4 large egg yolks
- 1 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 3/4 cup roughly chopped walnuts
Instructions-
- Heat up the oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large vessel, whisk together coconut oil, butter, sweetener, salt, and egg yolks.
- Mix in chocolate chips, coconut, and walnuts.
- Drop batter by the spoonful onto the prepared baking sheet and bake until golden, 15 minutes.

Ingredients-
- 4 Egg Yolks
- 160g Natural No Sugar Added Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Swerve
- 1/4 Cup Blanched Almond Flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions-
- Preheat your oven to 350 Degrees.
- Separate 4 egg yolks from the whites.
- Add the yolks to a medium-sized bowl.
- Now, measure out and add the rest of the ingredients into that bowl.
- Whisk everything with a spoon until a cookie dough forms in the bowl.
- Once you form the dough, use a cookie scoop to form 14 tablespoon-sized cookies, and add them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Now take a fork and smash the tops of each cookie to form the cross-marked pattern.
- Bake the cookies for 7 minutes.
- Let them cool completely in the tray itself.
- Store in an air-tight container for several days

- 2 teaspoon beef gelatin powder
- 1/4 cup granulated sweetener
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 10 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
- 2 tablespoon Heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon liquid stevia or liquid monk fruit
- 1 teaspoon Lemon extract
- one large Egg
Instructions-
For lemon cream cheese icing
- Bring cream cheese to room temperature.
- Couple all ingredients in no particular order and blend. Then place in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes to harden up a little. Not so hard you can\’t spread it.
For lemon keto cookies
- Bring butter to room temperature.
- Preheat the oven to 300ºF.
- Now, combine almond flour, coconut flour, granulated sweetener, and salt and beef gelatin powder.
- Add on liquid stevia, and lemon extract, Cream butter, heavy cream. Leave egg out for now.
- Combine dry and wet with a hand mixer. Be sure everything is mixed well then add egg in last.
- Use the double scoop method with a cookie scoop placed on a nonstick pan or surface.
- Place them in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. When down, the edges will be brown.
