Martina\’s Take On Mocktails And Cocktails On a Keto Diet
I don\’t drink too often. And now I realized I can not remember the last time I had it because it\’s been long. Well, my favorite would be, Martini. That\’s the one I get to try within a week. Because it\’s literally zero carbs. That\’s probably your best option. I get that some people may not like it because it\’s not really sweet, you can fix the taste.
Martina mentions she doesn\’t really incorporate drinks in her diet and always sticks to have them occasionally and not always. She says she quite doesn\’t remember good drinks as she hasn\’t had some in a long time.
Martina mentions one of her all-time\’s favorite drinks which is a Martini. She believes that Martini stands as the best drink that one can incorporate on the Ketogenic Diet. She says that it\’s that one drink that is literally zero carbs, so she most likely takes it once a week.
Martina suggests to the people who are most likely to dislike Martini, can always fix the sweet taste of it and change according to their preferences.

I really enjoy taking short cocktails, or other virgin Mocktails as an option. If you\’re making it at home, you can make almost anything. But how much you\’re drinking when you\’re out that\’s a bit trickier. You could go with Sparkling Water with Vodka and some Lime and Lemon, that\’s another option.
Martina says she enjoys taking quicker Cocktails and Virgin Mocktails while being on Keto. She believes that provided you\’re making the drinks at home you can basically make anything and everything you want.
Martina mentions that you should be more cautious when drinking out, as that can be more tricky. She recommends trying Sparkling Water with Vodka or Lime and Lemon as some of the best options for taking drinks on Keto.
How Sweeteners In Cocktails Made Martina Quit Drinking Out
You could have Diet Soda but I don\’t really think that fits for me. I don\’t even like the flavor. After I went low carb, I just don\’t enjoy really sweet cocktails or foods anymore, and I don\’t like the fake taste of artificial sweeteners.
Martina mentions that ever since she has gone low carb, she has not really liked the Sweet Foods and Cocktails. She feels the taste of artificial sweeteners in the drinks seems fake and doesn\’t really work for her. But she indeed recommends Diet Soda as a good low carb option for a drink on Keto.
